1. Beat the egg white on med to med/high until bubbly/frothy.
2. On medium/high, by bit add the icing/confectioners sugar.
3. Beat on high until soft peaks form.
So easy! Ready to use coloured or white and can be frozen in zip lock bags.
Add a little cake topper from the bake section in the store and your friends will be well impressed!
