Granburger is a dehydrated soy based meat substitute by Worthington Foods
Saute onion and pepper in oil in lg. skillet. Add tomato sauce and paste and stir well. Reconstitiute burger in hot water and add to sauce. Add sugar. Simmer 30 minutes. Stir occasionally. Add seasonings and simmer 15 minutes more.
Assemble in large oblong dish. Start with bottom layer of three noodles. Add layer of cottage cheese, then sauce, then grated cheese. Repeat layers ending with grated cheese. Top with parmesian cheese and bake at 325 for 30 min.
