A quick and easy to make classic dish loved by all the family.
Combine the breadcrumbs, lemon zest and parsley and season generously.
Dip the turkey steaks in the flour and shake off excess, then dip the steaks into the beaten egg and finally into the breadcrumbs to coat evenly.
Heat the vegetable oil and butter in a non-stick frying pan and cook two steaks over a medium?high heat for 2?3 minutes each side until crisp and golden. Keep warm while you cook the other two in the same way.
Serve with steamed broccoli florets, creamy mashed potatoes and garnished with the lemon wedges.
Based on the classic Italian dish Scallopini Milenese made with veal steaks but a whole lot cheaper with turkey!
