Wonderfully rich appetizer or hors d'oevre.
Grate one cheese and cut other one into thin slices. Combine grated cheese with next two ingredients and press firmly onto bottom and sides of a 9" square or pie pan. Layer with sliced cheese, then tomato slices, then mushrooms, brush with additional T. melted butter and bake at 350° 30-35 minutes. Cut into wedges or squares and serve directly hot from the oven.
