FOR THE SALAD:
10 cherry tomatoes; quartered
1 cucumber; cubed
1 sm.Onion; finely chopped
1/2 cupblack olives; (Greek)
1 tbsp.parsley; finely chopped
4 oz.Feta cheese
FOR THE DRESSING:
1/2 tsp.Salt
1/2 tsp.English mustard powder
1/2 tsp.Black pepper
2 clovegarlic; crushed
2 tbsp.wine vinegar
6 tbsp.olive oil
1/2 tbsp.Dried Oregano

Greek Salad Preparation

Combine tomatoes, cucumber, onion, olives and parsley in a salad boil. Toss with dressing. Crumble Feta over salad.
