Made this tonight, have lots of zucchini from my garden. This is excellent! BEST zucchini recipe, and believe me I have made several. The batter is VERY thick, I added approx 1Tbs of milk. Also total of 3 Tbs of vanilla, 1 extra tsp of cinnamon, and 1/2 tbs of nutmeg, 1/2 c. choc chips. Topped with cream cheese frosting. It would of been perfect if I stuck to the original recipe but I wanted to try to make it "my own" And total cooking time was 30 mins for me. Thank you for sharing!

I made it last night for my family to try… it was awesome!! Everyone ate it and said, they would eat it again. Very quick and easy. Even the kids, who don’t eat Zucchini, loved it!!!! The cake was really good even before I put icing… you can make it and not even put the icing. VERY TASTEY, MOIST, AND DELICIOUS!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!! We are trying to cook healthier... I loved this receipe. I used olive oil, Splenda Blend, and unsweetened cocoa... it was amazing!!!

Fantastic taste I love that my kids were eating zucchini and didn't know it.

Made this today, and it came out wonderful! One thing i did different was add a little peanutbutter to the chocolate frosting to cut the sweetness.
