Turned out wonderful!!! My husband who doesn't eat veggies couldn't believe it had zucchini in it.

This was a big hot even after I confessed to the secret ingredient. I did add a little extra zucchini for moisture and made it in a bunt pan with a glaze. It was good enough to serve for company.

Delicious! I finely grated the zucchini and added a hint of nutmeg and it turned out wonderfully! Will be making this again soon.

Had to add water as the mixture was way too thick, to the point where I couldn't even mix it by hand. Added no sugar, enjoyed the bitterness of the cocoa with hint of vanilla!

Easy to make, taste great... One of our favorite! If you want a healthier version, just add some crushed walnuts or slice almonds to the mix ;-)

The cake tastes well. But I think there is too much of sugar here. I think a teaspoon more than 3/4 cup of sugar would do. Also my cake got burnt within 20 minutes as the baking temperature specified here was 350 degrees. So I had to remove the top layer.

Delicious! Put choc frosting on top but probably didn't need it. Had to cook for 1 hour in my oven.

This might be the best chocolate cake I've ever eaten. Moist with a beautiful chocolate flavor, not too sweet. Took a little longer for mine to bake but was in no rush and it was well worth the wait!!

I have a new favorite. This cake was great for me because I am a vegetarian and i don't eat eggs but I love veggies and chocolate. Kids loved it as well.

Super yummy! This baked up moist with a slightly dark chocolate taste. Perfect with Nestle's chocolate icing.

The cake was moist and delicious without a bit of zucchini taste. Rich chocolate flavor with a hint of vanilla. I followed the advice of some earlier reviews and grated the zucchini very fine. A big hit with the family.

The texture was weird, but it worked for a friend who is allergic to eggs dairy and nuts.

I made this cake last night as I had heaps of zucchinis in the fridge and wanted to find a way to get my 2 toddlers to eat them. Not only did my toddlers love it, but my husband (who is not a fan of cakes in general) just had a taste and said that it's the best cake I've ever made! He has already requested I make another one and said he'll be on the lookout for zucchinis on our next shopping trip! A winner of a recipe!
