Maple Pear Apple Chutney

|8 pears red or green organic; straight from the tree|
|8 apples; tasty organic peel and cut out any bad spot|
|2 cupsrice vinegar|
|1 cupraisins; or other dried fruit|
|1 cupmaple syrup|
|4 tablespoongingerroot; fresh or frozen, peeled and chopped|
|2 teaspoonsmustard seeds|
|1 smallhot pepper; chopped very fine|
Maple Pear Apple Chutney Preparation
In a stainless steel or other pot bring the vinegar and maple syrup to a boit. Add everything else, and simmer for 45 minutes or until thick. Put in sterilized jars and seal.
