| 8 pears red or green organic; straight from the tree |
| 8 apples; tasty organic peel and cut out any bad spot |
| 2 cupsrice vinegar |
| 1 cupraisins; or other dried fruit |
| 1 cupmaple syrup |
| 4 tablespoongingerroot; fresh or frozen, peeled and chopped |
| 2 teaspoonsmustard seeds |
| 1 teaspooncinnamon |
| 1 smallhot pepper; chopped very fine |
Maple Pear Apple Chutney Preparation
In a stainless steel or other pot bring the vinegar and maple syrup to a boit. Add everything else, and simmer for 45 minutes or until thick. Put in sterilized jars and seal.
