These look like bakery cookies!
"I used a combination of chocolate chips and chunks since I had both in the pantry. These are big, chewy, delicious cookies! The recipe is nearly the same as another I posted, although this dough is slightly more easy to mix... either one is fantastic!" - 1morestampYield: 16 Ready in 45 minutes

The Best Big & Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies Ever! Preparation
Preheat your oven to 325? Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
Sift together flour, baking soda & salt; set aside.
In medium bowl, cream together the melted butter and sugars until well blended. Beat in vanilla, egg and egg yolk until light & creamy.
Mix in the sifted ingredients until just blended. Fold in chocolate chips by hand.
Drop dough onto cookie sheets (approx 1/4 cup), about 3 inches apart.
Bake for 15-17 minutes. Remove from oven and cool on baking sheets for a couple minutes before moving to wire cooling rack. I place a tea towel over the wire racks and put the cookies on top of the towel. The cookies seem to stay softer this way.
