Chicken Curry Preparation
Heat oil over medium/low heat. Add onion and cook for 7 minutes. Sprinkle with curry powder and cook for 1 minute. Add yogurt and cream and simmer gently for 3 minutes. Stir in salt, pepper and tomatoes. Add shredded chicken to pan and toss to coat. Serve over rice, top with cilantro. Serve with flat bread.
