Goes great on Okonomiyaki (my recipe #166838)! I based this on recipe #117009, but added several key ingredients to make it how I wanted. This version is much sweeter; the original is quite tangy. Now, you have options!

Ingredients
| 1/4 cupKetchup |
| 1 1/2 tablespoonWorcestershire Sauce |
| 1/4 teaspoonDijon mustard |
| 2 tablespoonSake |
| 1 teaspoonSoy sauce |
| 3 tablespoonsBrown sugar |
| 1 teaspoonMirin |
| 1/8 teaspoonGinger; ground, in a jar |
| 1 teaspoonHoney |
Okonomiyaki Sauce Preparation
Combine all sauce ingredients in a small saucepan and simmer for about a minute, stirring constantly.
If it's too tangy, add more honey/sugar.
If it's too sweet, add a splash more soy sauce.
Remove from the heat and cool to room temperature.

I started with the recipe at http://www.bigoven.com/117009 and tweaked it to match what we got at the okonomiyaki restaurant in You Me Town (Iwakuni, Japan) as closely as possible.
