Original recipe makes 24
4 largeboneless skinless chicken breast; either boiled or roasted
1 mediumonion
3 stalkscelery
1 8-oz packagecream cheese
1 10.5-oz cancream of chiken soup
1 cupmiracle whip salad dressing
1 3-oz boxlemon jello

Shorty's Chicken Salad Preparation

Either boil or roast chicken untill cooked throughly.

Grind chicken to desired consitising in food processor.Chop or grind onion and celery. Combine in large mixing bowl.

In a medium saucepan combine remaining ingredients and cook over medium low heat. Stirring with whisk untill smooth.

Once mix is smooth poor over chicken mixture and combine well. Refrigerant for 4 hours or overnight. Serve on bread or with crackers. Enjoy!
