2 tspDry mustard
1 tspGround ginger
1 cloveGarlic; crushed
1/4 cupWater

Teriyaki Marinade Preparation

Combine all 7 ingredients in medium bowl. Makes about 1 cup.

Always use a dish that You can put a single layer and stir or turn the meat. Turn the meat several timesto coat it thoroughly. Cover and seal the container tightly. Place in the fridge if the food will be soaking longer than 30 min. [I posted this recipe.]
