"Personally, I prefer making it this way  Rigatoni, stuffed with a yummy blend of ricotta & goat cheese, bathed in tomato sauce and covered with parmesan cheese--it just doesn't get any better, right This is a perfect weeknight dinner; you can assemble it early in the day and stick it the fridge as is in the pan, and then bake it just before dinner." "If you like it, you might also try this  Bacon, alfredo and pasta--pretty much a match made in heaven. This is the perfect meal for a busy weeknight! It can be thrown together in a matter of minutes and is a great way to use leftover chicken (or even a rotisserie chicken); just skip the first step. If you know that you will have a busy day, you can prep this meal in the morning and throw it in the oven right before you are ready to eat!" Firebyrd Firebyrd

Yummy. I didn't have M. J. Cheese so I used colby much and provolone. Still so awesome. My son loved it and I definitely will make again

My family loved this. I modified it a little and used homemade spaghetti sauce and added a little cumin. It was really good, I'll definitely make this again.
