3 lgPotatoes; peeled or unpeeled boiled until soft
2 tablespoonOnion; finely chopped
2 tablespoonsCelery; finely chopped
2 tablespoonsGreen bell pepper; finely chopped
2 tablespoonWhole-wheat flour
1 tablespoonfresh parsley; Minced

Country Potato Patties Preparation

Shred the poatoes in a food processor or with a grater. Combine with the remaining ingredients and shape into four patties. Cook on a nonstick griddle until browned on both sides, about 10 minutes. Total Time: 0:15
