SweetShirleyAnn , 1 years agoWas the very 1st thing I learned to cook way back when. They were called "Boiled Cookies" because thats how you cook them. Also I use 1/2 Cup Evaporated Milk and 3 Cups Sugar but no Salt. You can also use raisins, coconut just adjust the oats.
