This one is a big hit at parties. I use the fake crab but eventually I want to try this one with real crab too.

| 1 ounceCream Cheese; Room temperature |
| 1 cupMayonnaise |
| 1/3 cupOnion; chopped |
| 1 largeArtichoke Hearts; Drained and chopped |
| 3/4 ounceParmesan Cheese; Shredded |
Creamy Crab and Artichoke Dip Preparation
Pre-heat oven to 375 F. In mixing bowl, blend cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients and place mixture into a glass pie plate. Bake, uncovered, for 15 - 18 minutes until heated through and lightly browned. Serve with crackers or French bread.
