Recipes »  Desserts  »  Cookies and Bars

This recipe is so easy it unbelievable. There are only 3 ingredients.

"I was a little skeptical about this recipe but I had to try them out as I've been an avid baker for years. They were wonderful! As suggested by another reviewer, I added 1 teasp of vanilla, a little less sugar, a pinch of salt and added a chocolate kiss immediately after removing from the oven. This is a great recipe that will now replace my old pb cookie recipe."

World's Easiest (and best) Peanut Butter Cookies Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl. Drop by spoonfuls onto a baking sheet. Place reserved sugar on a plate or waxed paper. Dip a potato masher, the kind with the square holes, into the sugar and then press the spoonfuls of cookie dough with the potato masher. (If you don't have the potato masher, use a fork to make the cross hatch marks.)

Bake cookies for 8-10 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.

Oh my gosh! I just made these! SO good!! I also added some vanilla, a couple shakes of salt & reduced the sugar just by a tablespoon. They are a bit greasy but very easy. I better hide them before I eat them all!!

I've made these before....... leave them in the oven a bit longer......they get a nummy crunchy shell. My batter was grainy but the cookies turned out aok they are a perfect holiday treat

This is a favorite in my family. So easy my 4 year old loves to help (I love that we don't end up with flour in our hair). And so good they don't last long. Actually my 4 year old is a picky eater, but when it comes to this recipe she loves it.

I can't imagine that I did anything wrong but these were not good. Grainy and mushy.. they will probably end up in the garbage

these were great. i added vanilla extract like a few others, they were a bit sweet so i might use a little less sugar next time.

These are the only peanut butter cookies I make. Have been for a while. They are amazing and everyone loves them. I also add white chocolate chips from time to time. So good. Plus you always have these ingredients on hand.

Been using this same recipe for a while, plus a pinch of salt and vanilla, and heard nothing but amazed compliments on it. Started topping with cinnamon after baking for a little flavor twist. Easily my favorite recipe for peanut butter cookies
