We love having potatoes for breakfast. On Saturday we like to have a real breakfast...eggs, potatoes, bacon/ham, fresh garden salsa, coffee, orange juice and maybe something sweet(not always). I like making these potatoes first as it takes about 4o-45 minutes in the oven to bake. It gives me plenty of time to set up the table while they are baking as well as make the rest of the menu. I like to use these potatoes as well in egg burritos. These potatoes are versatile .... they do very well as a side dish for lunch or dinner.

Jlahaddy11 , 2 years agoSuper duper easy! Not sure if I added too many potatoes (didn't have russet so I had to substitute) but I didn't think it was rlly seasoned enough. When u have like 2minutes left on your cook time, I recommend sprinkling with more cheese. Very very good- and like I said, super easy!

mama2elli , 2 years agoIt says to taste so obviously you can put how much you want of chilli flakes and that goes for anything else really..just increase or decrease on which seasonings you like..these sound pretty good I usually fry mine for breakfast so maybe I'll try it this way next time

I may have added a bit too much chile flake and they were SUPER spicy but nothing some ketchup didn't take care of. I'm making them again this up coming Sunday for family breakfast and leaving the chile flake out. Look forward to these!!!
