4 cupsChicken broth
2 cupsWater
2 cooked chicken breasts; chopped into bite size pieces
1 packagequick cooking wild rice
1/2 tspsalt and pepper
3/4 cupFlour
1/2 cupButter
2 cupsHalf and half

Chicken Wild Rice Soup Preparation

1.In large pot, combine broth, water, and chicken. Bring

to a boil, then stir in rice, and remove from heat.

2.In small bowl combine, salt, pepper, and flour

3.In medium sauce pan, melt butter. Stir in seasoning packet, until

bubbly. Add flour to make a roux.

4.Stir in half and half. Cook until thickened.

5.Stir cream mixture into rice mixture and cook until heated through.
