Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs catfish fillets
3 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
1 clove garlic; crushed
1/2 teaspoon Paprika
1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper; ground

Preparation

Place catfish in a shallow baking dish; set aside. Combine Worcestershire

sauce, lemon juice, garlic, paprika and pepper in large bowl; mix well. Pour

over catfish and marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours.

Preheat grill or broiler. Transfer catfish to large sheet of heavy aluminum foil.

Fold up sides to form a rim; pour marinade over the catfish. Grill or broil in

foil for about 5 minutes or until catfish flakes when tested with fork at the

thickest part.

Makes 4 servings.
