1 cupwarm water
3 tablespoonsSugar
2 tablespoonsoil
1 tspSalt
3 cupsFlour

Pizza Dough Enata Style! Preparation

In a food processor bowl, mix yeast and water; let set until foamy (about 5-10 minutes).

Add salt, oil and most of the 3 cups of flour (save 1/4 to 1/2 cup and only use as needed to make a very soft dough)

Turn out into an oiled bowl. Let rise until doubled in size (about 1 hour). Punch dough down, pat down in an oiled pizza sheet pan (I like to use the biggest I can find). Let rise for 1 to 2 hours longer.

Preheat oven to 415 degrees. Bake for 5 minutes - longer if using a smaller pan.

Top pizza with favorite ingredients. Bake for an additional 10 - 12 minutes or until preferred doneness.
