For those who can't get enough of cookie dough - here is a recipe that does not have raw eggs - no worries with all of the taste.

| 1/2 cupbutter; softened |
| 3/4 cupbrown sugar; packed |
| 2 cupsall-purpose flour |
| 1 14-oz cansweetened condensed milk |
| 1 tspvanilla |
| 1/2 cupminiature semi-sweet chocolate chips |
| 1/2 cuppecans; chopped |
| 1 1/2 poundschocolate almondbark candy coating |
Cookie Dough Truffles Preparation
In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add flour, milk, vanilla and mix well. Stir in pecans and chips. Shape into 1 inch balls, place on waxed paper lined cookie sheets. Loosely cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours or until firm.
Remove from refrigerator and dip balls into melted candy coating. Drizzle with white chocolate if desired.
