| 18 slicesWhite bread; crust removed - lightly buttered |
| 1 poundShaved ham; diced |
| 2 cupsCheddar cheese; shredded |
| 1 1/2 cupsSwiss Cheese; shredded |
| 6 Eggs; beaten |
| 3 1/2 cupsmilk |
| 1/2 teaspoonDried mustard |
| 1 teaspoonSeasoned pepper |
| 2 cupsCornflakes; crushed |
| 1/2 cupButter; melted |
Holiday Breakfast Casserole Preparation
Lightly grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Line the bottom with 1/2 of the bread slices - buttered side down. Combine ham and cheeses - spread evenly over the bread layer. Top with remaining bread slices - buttered side up. Mix eggs, milk, mustard and pepper - pour evenly over the bread. Cover and refrigerate over night. Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before cooking.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine cornflakes and butter - spread evenly over casserole. Bake for 1 hour. Let set 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
