Holiday Breakfast Casserole

Holiday Breakfast Casserole

Ready in 1 hour

A great fix-a-head meal that is looked forward to by the Enata's on Christmas morning.

"I make breakfast casseroles for a men's prayer breakfast and have made allot of them and this one seems to be there favorite one. It is really good and tasty and very easy to make. I would recommend it for any group or gathering. it will be a big hit for most people."

We have a family recipe quite similar to this one and didn't want to bother my mother for it - I was quite surprised to find this! Thank you - comfort food at it's best. Also, if you have someone who doesnt eat ham, cut up bratwurst also works well!

I made this recipe but used Hawain King bread which added a bit of sweetness. It was very good but didn't cook all the way through. I had to put it back in the oven. Leftovers seemed to be better.
