This is an elegant presentation. This works rather well if you have a large group.
"Great recipe. We tried this with deli ham and with deli turkey. The turkey was not sturdy enough and ripped. The ham was great. We, however, we don't like the taste of hard cooked egg yolk (personal preference) so on the next batch we scrambled the eggs with the cream and some green onion and followed the rest of the recipe. We found one Tablespoon of cheese ample. The results were excellent and we'll be making it for a group tomorrow. Hopefully, they'll like it as much as we did. Thanks for posting this recipe. I recommend it." - ckay21Yield: 1 Ready in 30 minutes
