La crêpe est une spécialité culinaire, une très fine couche de pâte à base de farine de blé, généralement de forme ronde, cuite sur les deux faces. Elle peut servir de base à un dessert, de plat ou de petits plaisirs à quatre heures par exemple. On en trouve à emporter lors d'évènements festifs ou dans les fêtes foraines.

Original recipe makes 4
250 grammesde farine
1 cuillèresoupe de sucre semoule
3 sachetssucre vanillé
1 pincéesel
1/2 litrelait
3 oeufs
3 cuillèressoupe d'huile

Crêpes Preparation

Mélanger la farine avec le sucre semoule, le sucre vanillé et le sel.

Faire un puits au centre et incorporer 1/4 de litre de lait puis les trois oeufs préalablement battus à la fourchette dans un bol, et l'huile.

Bien mélanger, puis ajouter à nouveau 1/4 de litre de lait. La pâte à crêpe est prête!

I love making crepes. Though I can't read this recipe because its not in english, I know how delicious these are and make them following my own recipe whenever we have soup or something light for dinner. These are yummy with nutella (chocolate spread), jam, ice-cream or fresh fruit.

Big Oven, any chance you can add a translating option to your recipes?
