2.5 lbsbeef brisket; 1/4" cubes
1 green bell pepper; diced
1 red bell pepper; diced
1 yellow bell pepper; diced
6 habenaro peppers; minced
1 largewhite onion; diced
5 clovesgarlic; minced
4 roma tomato; diced
12 ozwhite mushroom caps; diced
2 canslight red kidney beans
2 cansdark red kidney beans
2 canspetite diced tomatoes
1 cantomato paste
0.5 cupBBQ sauce; (Famous Dave's Devil's Spit)
2 tsphot pepper sauce; (Tabasco Smoked Chipotle)
1 cupsWater
0.5 tbspblack pepper
0.5 tbspSalt
3 tbspExtra Virgin Olive Oil

Austo's Sunday Chili Preparation

- Heat the oil in a saute pan

- Add the minced garlic & heat untill golden brown

- Add the cubed beef & pepper sauce

- Cook untill lightly browned

- Add the meat and the remaining ingredients to a large soup pot and bring to a slow boil

- Reduce the heat and simmer for 2-3 hours
