| 1 green bell pepper; diced |
| 1 red bell pepper; diced |
| 1 yellow bell pepper; diced |
| 6 habenaro peppers; minced |
| 1 largewhite onion; diced |
| 5 clovesgarlic; minced |
| 4 roma tomato; diced |
| 12 ozwhite mushroom caps; diced |
| 2 canslight red kidney beans |
| 2 cansdark red kidney beans |
| 2 canspetite diced tomatoes |
| 1 cantomato paste |
| 0.5 cupBBQ sauce; (Famous Dave's Devil's Spit) |
| 2 tsphot pepper sauce; (Tabasco Smoked Chipotle) |
| 1 cupsWater |
| 0.5 tbspblack pepper |
| 0.5 tbspSalt |
| 3 tbspExtra Virgin Olive Oil |
Austo's Sunday Chili Preparation
- Heat the oil in a saute pan
- Add the minced garlic & heat untill golden brown
- Add the cubed beef & pepper sauce
- Cook untill lightly browned
- Add the meat and the remaining ingredients to a large soup pot and bring to a slow boil
- Reduce the heat and simmer for 2-3 hours
