Pork Chops and Potatoes

"I enjoyed this recipe. Reminds me of something my mom used to make, except she used rice instead of potatoes. Mostly, I followed directions with a few changes. Added thinly sliced carrots with the onion and potato. The potatoes I used were frozen bagged red precooked that I thawed then sliced (fresh potatoes in Okinawa, Jp right now are over $14 for 4 potatoes.) Shortened the time to 35 min covered, 15 min with cheese. Could have shortened it 10 min more for a more tender meat. " - GrEEnEyedGoldiE

Pretty good recipe. I'll season the pork chops more next time, but overall it was excellent.

My family liked this dish but my husband found it a bit salty. Will use low sodium soup next time. Thank you for sharing. Nice change from chicken.

This was my first experience with making pork chops and we loved them!! Will add more potatoes and sauce next time, but wouldn't change anything else. I seasoned them with Cavendar's. Delicious!!
