Pork Chops and Potatoes
"I enjoyed this recipe. Reminds me of something my mom used to make, except she used rice instead of potatoes. Mostly, I followed directions with a few changes. Added thinly sliced carrots with the onion and potato. The potatoes I used were frozen bagged red precooked that I thawed then sliced (fresh potatoes in Okinawa, Jp right now are over $14 for 4 potatoes.) Shortened the time to 35 min covered, 15 min with cheese. Could have shortened it 10 min more for a more tender meat. " - GrEEnEyedGoldiEYield: 4 Ready in 1 hours, 10 minutes
