Cut off most of fat on outside of meat
Wash meat and season with salt/pepper to taste, rub seasoning into meat
Place meat in a crock pot on low for 6-8 hours. (Meat can also be cooked in the oven. Follow package directions for safe cooking temperatures and times.) Finished meat will be tender when pierced with a fork and will have a deep red color.
