emilylovesu2 , 1 years agoTasty and easy! The first time I made this it was with pork, because I accidentally unthawed some boneless pork chops that I thought was chicken. It works well chicken and pork!

Lynn1775 , 1 years agoDoubled recipe using 4 lb boneless tenders, Sweet Baby Rays barbecue sauce & whole bag of Birds Eye Pepper Stir Fry (no chopping or tears!) served 10, everybody loved it including kids.

Charmcity , 2 years agoFantastic recipe - be aware it is 1.5 hrs to make not the 40 minutes on the summary - yields a moist tasty chicken dish. Dont be shy with the onions, peppers and bacon. I doubled the onion and pepper to 1 cup and added an extra slice of bacon. Was not disappointed!!!

Jessiemae431 , 2 years agoLove love love this recipe!! The only thing I do differently is use Coca-Cola instead of water for a little different flavor. I usually shred the chicken for sandwiches because it just falls apart!

Lynn1775 , 2 years agoYummy! Halved recipe using 2 large bone-in breasts. Shredded the leftover chicken into the remaining sauce in pan for sandwiches tomorrow nite. Will make again!
