Ingredients

1 8-oz package Elbow Macaroni Noodles
2 1/2 cup Cheddar; shredded, divided
1 1/2 cups milk
2 Egg; large, beaten
1 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon White pepper; ground
Paprika; to taste

Servings  

Preparation

Cook macaroni according to package directions, drain.

Layer one-third of macaroni in a lightly greased 2 quart casserole dish.

Sprinkle with 1/3 cheese

Repeat procedure once and top with remaining macaroni (reserve remaining cheese).

Combine milk, eggs, salt and pepper

Pour over macaroni and cheese

Cover and bake at 350 for 45 minutes

Uncover and sprinkle remaining cheese and paprika

Cover and let stand 10 minutes before serving

Did not care for it. would be better if had sauce. BTW i had to add more cheese
