These pancakes take a little more effort than regular pancakes, but it is worth it!
"This is a great recipe. The pancakes turned out very light and fluffy! I added some vanilla and nutmeg, and combined 1 cup evaporated milk with 1/2 c. skim milk. (I ended up adding a splash more skim milk to the batter..) I only substituted the evaporated milk because I only had skim and was wary about how it would effect the recipe. My husband raved about the result!"- Djw302

Trtlmay 1 month agoI did half whole wheat flour, half unbleached, added pumpkin pie spice, but forgot the vanilla. The pancakes were dense, but tasted good. The second half I added which chocolate morsels for fun and they were delicious!! My batch made 18 or so 4 inch pancakes. I would make again.
mattsmommy2207 9 months agoToo bland even after adding vanilla extract and pumpkin pie spice no one cared for them.
aminalevy 9 months agoI have made this recipe a few times now. One batch makes enough to feed my family of 5. Everyone loves them!
Erincpeters 11 month agoJust made these for a second time, and they were even better this go around.
plavsic07 1 year agoI posted a review of this a while ago and I don't know what I did differently, but this time around these were absolutely to die for. The only thing I changed about the recipe was that I added a dash of cloves. My husband was racing about them! Served then with whipped cream.

darlenatrout 1 year agoI used whipped topping on the pancakes & added some pumpkin pie spice. They were still a little bland for my family. I might try adding vanilla & some nutmeg next time.
Erincpeters 1 year agoVery good. Used turban squash leftover from dinner, and put everything in the blender.

1sillypizza 1 year agoGreat recipe! My family loved it. I used almond milk in mine. Extremely easy and really the best pancakes I've ever made.
plavsic07 1 year agoThese were very fluffy and the texture was very good. I would add some more cinnamon and some cloves and maybe ginger to make it taste more like pumpkin pie though. Overall, it is a very good recipe.
kristakettenringromero 1 year agoOur new favorite pancake recipe! No leftovers! I did add a little vanilla and it seemed to complete it. Wonderful!

Jenrford 1 year agoWe made these for brinner tonight, and they were a hit with the whole family. I made 12 3' pancakes and they were gone! (I left out the oil) Thankfully, this makes a huge batch, so we have enough left for breakfast tomorrow mmorning.
