Original recipe makes 12
6 tbspbutter
6 tbspvegetable oil
1/2 cupwhite sugar
1/2 cupbrown sugar
3 Eggs
1 tspvanilla
1/4 tspmaple or butterscotch extract
1/2 tspGran Marnier
3 cupflour
1 3/4 tspbaking powder
1/4 tspsalt
6 Skor bars; crushed
1/2 cuppistachios; (or more) or pecans

Biscotti Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Mix the first 8 ingredients all together.

Then add the flour, baking powder and salt to the other ingredients. Add the crushed Skor bars and nuts. Devide the dough into 3 logs. Bake for 25 minutes. Let them cool for 15 minutes. Cut them into 1/4 to 1/2 of an inch slices and bake again at 300 degreed for another 15 minutes.

Depending on your oven, you must watch the biscotti during the seconf baking session. You want to pull them out when they are golden arounf the edges. [I posted this recipe.]
