| 1 lbshrimp; tail on, deveined |
| 1/4 tspkosher salt |
| 1/4 tspblack pepper |
| 1 clovegarlic; thinly sliced |
| 1/2 pintmushrooms; sliced |
| 1 tbsplemon juice |
| 1 tsplime juice |
| 3/4 cupdry white wine; (sauv blanc) |
| 1/4 cupfresh cilantro; chopped |
Shrimp Scampi and Angel Hair Preparation
Melt 2 TBS butter over lo heat in a medium skillet. Add the shrimp, salt and pepper to taste, cook 1 minute. Add the garlic and flip shrimp to cook 1 minute on other side. Add a squeeze of lime juice. Remove from pan and sprinkle with salt.
In same hot skillet, add wine, butter, lemon juice. Bring to simmer then add mushrooms. Cook until mushrooms are done. Add shrimp, cilantro, and angel hair to sauce. Mix and serve hot.
