My picky eaters loved this recipe. We will definitely be making this again.

It was perfect. I baked it for 35 minutes at 425. I also added some salt and onion powder to the dry mix.

My family likes this. I used one of the other comments, and spread mayo on the chicken. I added garlic powder to the italian bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.

Came out rather bland, even though I used garlic&herb seasoned bread crumbs. I think next time I'm going to use something besides olive oil to coat the chicken.

Just realized that I used a diff. recipe the first time I made this. Make sure to preheat and cook at 425 degrees for 30-35 min. Cooking at 350 degrees requires more time. Also use same measurement for crumbs and Parmesan. I used a 1/4 last time.

Takes AT LEAST an hour to cook not 30 min. Wouldn't call it quick. Disappointed. It smells good, so hoping it tastes good.

This was very tasty! I used garlic infused olive oil so I did not add fresh garlic. Also took about 50 minutes to cook in my electric oven on 400. Very good though!

This was the best chicken breast I have ever had. I made a few changes like dipping the chicken in olive oil and garlic then adding mayo to one side and coating that side with the dry mix. Then doing the same to the other side and baking it at 425

Made this tonight but made some changes. I dipped the chicken in egg and then the bread crumbs and left the oil out completely. I also cooked the chicken for about 40 mins and it was cooked nicely and very moist. Even my pickiest eater ate two helping!

Definitely using flavored bread crumbs next time. Besides that it was good

after 30 min in oven the color was still pink so i left it in the oven for another 20 min and turned out a bit dry but that was a good meal and we liked it . i didnt add salt at all and used garlic powder .

I make this gluten free with crushed potato chips in place of bread crumbs. So good.

I thought this was pretty good the only thing was my crust was soggy. I wasn't sure how to harden it up.

I really enjoyed making this. I shouldn't have flipped the chicken at all which messed with the crust. I seasoned the olive oil with Italian salad dressing and I seasoned the bread crumbs with Tonys and sage. I also made some gravy out of the bread crumbs, some milk, flour, and salt and pepper. It was, fantastic. My 13 month old loved it.

This was a very yummy dish. My family prefers a bit more seasoning so I added more garlic (2-3 cloves), and mixed in garlic plus with the breadcrumbs and Parmesan the second time I made this.
