This was very tasty! I used garlic infused olive oil so I did not add fresh garlic. Also took about 50 minutes to cook in my electric oven on 400. Very good though!

This was the best chicken breast I have ever had. I made a few changes like dipping the chicken in olive oil and garlic then adding mayo to one side and coating that side with the dry mix. Then doing the same to the other side and baking it at 425

Made this tonight but made some changes. I dipped the chicken in egg and then the bread crumbs and left the oil out completely. I also cooked the chicken for about 40 mins and it was cooked nicely and very moist. Even my pickiest eater ate two helping!

Definitely using flavored bread crumbs next time. Besides that it was good

after 30 min in oven the color was still pink so i left it in the oven for another 20 min and turned out a bit dry but that was a good meal and we liked it . i didnt add salt at all and used garlic powder .

I make this gluten free with crushed potato chips in place of bread crumbs. So good.

I thought this was pretty good the only thing was my crust was soggy. I wasn't sure how to harden it up.

I really enjoyed making this. I shouldn't have flipped the chicken at all which messed with the crust. I seasoned the olive oil with Italian salad dressing and I seasoned the bread crumbs with Tonys and sage. I also made some gravy out of the bread crumbs, some milk, flour, and salt and pepper. It was, fantastic. My 13 month old loved it.

This was a very yummy dish. My family prefers a bit more seasoning so I added more garlic (2-3 cloves), and mixed in garlic plus with the breadcrumbs and Parmesan the second time I made this.

This is my go-to chicken recipe for everything--chicken Caesar salad, chicken with pasta, etc.

I doubled the basil, used 1 Tbsp pepper and 1/2 Tbsp season salt. Also used Italian bread crumbs. Added garlic to olive oil throughout process so all chicken had same amount, so probably added way more than recipe called! But it was delicious and pretty quick. It's on our favorite list :-)

This was good and very easy to make. When I make it again I will flip the chicken half way through.

Mine came out ok but maybe it was just me because my husband liked it. Not sure if I'll try again.

Pretty good. I added more seasoning to the chicken before placing it in olive oil and bread crumbs. I also added more garlic. Very easy to make.

Family loved it, even picky 6 yr old! Easy to make. Used chicken cutlets to cut down on cooking time. No other changes. Yum!
