| 2 cupscauliflower; small chunks |
| 14 ozvegetable broth; Swanson |
| 1 cupwhole milk |
| 1 10.5-oz cancream of potato soup |
| 1/4 cupwater; cold |
| 2 tablespoonscornstarch |
| 1 dashpepper |
| 1 cupham; diced and cooked |
| 1 green onion; thinly sliced |
Cauliflower Ham Chowder Preparation
In large saucepan cook cauliflower, covered, in chicken broth 10 minutes. Meanwhile, in medium bowl combine milk and soup. In a small bowl blend water into cornstarch and pepper; stir into soup. Pour over cauliflower; cook and stir till thick and bubbly. Stir in ham, simmer till warm and then garnish with onion.
