Heart healthy chicken stew served over rice or noodles.
"Because of previous reviews, I made a few changes to this recipe. I added Italian seasoning to add more flavor, and about 30 minutes before serving, I added a bag of frozen peas & 4 oz. of cream cheese. I served it over brown rice. My family loved it!"

Ingredients

| 2 cansLow-fat cream of mushroom soup |
| 1 cupOnion; chopped |
| 1 cupCarrots; shredded |
| 1/2 12-oz canFat free evaporated milk |
| 1 tbsparsley; Dried or fresh |
| 8 cupsBrown rice; cooked |
Healthy Crockpot Chicken Preparation
Combine chicken, soup, onion, carrots, milk and parsley in crock pot. Cook on high 5 to 6 hours. Serve over brown rice.
