3 ripe bananas; (up to 4)
3 cupsFlour
2 Eggs
2 cupssugar
1/2 cupolive oil
1 teaspoonbaking soda
1 teaspoonbaking powder
1 cupmilk
1 cupwalnuts
1/2 teaspoonvanilla extract

Yummy Banana Nut Bread Preparation

pre-heat oven 350 degrees

mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl

put all ingredients in a greased and floured loaf pan

bake for 1 hour or until "toothpick" comes out clean
