Indian Curry Preparation

Peel 2 Large Onions and Finely chop .

Finely chop 4 cloves of garlic

Add these ingredients to a frying pan that has 1tsp of olive oil , Ghee is also very good ( melted butter)

Season to taste while cooking

Add pasata or 6 large tomatoes or tin of tomatoes and also add 1 tbsp of tomato puree . The volume of tomatoes added depends on how much sauce you would like the dish to have!

Add chopped fresh coriander or cilantro

Now add 2tbsp of paprika and 3 tbsp of Indian spices ( depends on how spicy you want the curry to be or depends on how spicy your spices are e.g Madras spices !)

Let the sauce simmer

Now add chopped chicken ( 4 breasts ) or other meat or fish ! to the pan .

Mix the sauce into the chicken and then add more Indian spice ( again to your taste ) Indian bread ( optional) !!
