2 cupsSugar
1/2 cupmilk
1/2 cupMargarine
4 tablespoonsCocoa
2 cupsQuick Oats
1/4 cupWalnuts; chopped
1/2 cupPeanut butter
4 teaspoonsVanilla extract

Mom's Boiled Cookies Preparation

In a saucepan, combine sugar, milk, margarine, and cocoa. Over low to medium heat, heat until mixture comes to full boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low and cook 1 1/2 minutes.

Stir in oats, nuts, peanut butter, and vanilla extract. Mix well. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper. Let sit until hardened. DO NOT REFRIGERATE!
