3 Eggs
1 cupham; chopped, or cooked bulk sausage
1 cupcheese - swiss, cheddar, colby or a combination; grated
4 ozcream cheese
1 tablespoonchopped jalepenos; (optional)
1 unbaked pie crust

Ham or Sausage Quiche Preparation

Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites until fluffy. Mix together cream cheese and egg yolks, then stir in the cheese, ham or sausage, and jalepenos. Fold in the beaten egg whites. Pour into unbaked pie crust and bake at 350 for 35 min.
