Cakeguy , 2 years agoVery good! Mom has Alzheimer's and is a picky eater now and she asked for more!
living4theblues , 3 years agoThis is awesome
Vfischer , 3 years agoEasy and tasty!! Reduce the sauce down until it is nice and thick.
Pasquale1970 , 3 years agoLove this Recipe it's great
Francipessa , 3 years agoReally good! My boyfriend loved it. I'll definitely make it again!
pholder , 3 years agoMade this using pork chops instead of the tenderloin. And cooked it in a Dutch Oven. Was a big hit. We will be making this again. TFS
cocoa_4_me , 3 years agoLoved it! Thanks for sharing.
hairROX , 3 years agoThis recipe was pretty good! I combined it with loaded potatoes & a cobb salad. cooked my tenderloins a little longer than suggested to remove some of the pink. And im not sure about the others but if you bring the sauce to a boil for 10 minutes and reduce heat for the remaining time it will thicken. Pretty good quick meal : )
RTopp , 3 years agoGreat, but the sauce came out too thin. Next time I'll thicken it with cornstarch & water.
Gejim , 3 years agoFantastic as written! Tried it this time with tart cherry preserves also great.
Jimfarris1 , 3 years agoGreat recipe, good way to use up an old can of cranberry sauce leftover from the holidays.
kenandmelissa , 3 years agoEasy and very good. The pork tenderloin was very moist and the sauce was a perfect balance of flavors w/ the cranberries and balsalmic.
treemama , 3 years agoEasy to follow recipe. Turned out delicious! Nice and juicy and tender. I made roasted rosemary potatoes with the pork.
Thrilln65 , 3 years agoMade this for Thanksgiving and everyone loved it.
chasarch , 4 years agoGreat copliments from all Made look and feel good. You gotta try this one.
alienleader , 4 years agoI added some red fresno pepper to the sauce for a little extra spice, overall an easy to make, very good dish.
Uriramdad1 , 4 years agoMade 3 tenderloins and just tripled the glaze recipe and cooked the meat for an extra 20 min, it was a huge hit all of our guests loved it. And it was really easy to prepare.
bradel , 4 years agoThis was as others stated a very nice meal and easy to make. Next time, I will use less onion and chicken broth and add more cranberry and balsamic vinegar. My sauce was very thin and looked nothing like shown on the picture. I tried to reduce it, but I was getting nothing more than a pan of onions.
sHellsKitchen , 4 years agoThis was really good and super-easy...a 30-minute dinner that tastes like you slaved over it! I used a 2lb pork tenderloin, sliced it into 1" steaks, then seared. The recipe made just enough glaze to generously coat all pieces.
DRahm , 5 years agoIf anyone has made this can you please clarify the size of the pork...is it 1lb 8-10oz or just 1 - 8-10 oz piece of pork?
