Grilled Parmesan Turkey Burger Preparation
Brush grill rack with vegetable oil. Heat coals or gas grill. Mix all ingredients except bun and onions. Shape into 4 patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
Cover and grill patties 4 to 6 inches from medium heat 12 - 15 minutes, turning once, until no longer pink in the middle. Add buns to side of grill, cut sides down, for last 4 minutes of grilling. Sercve with raw onions and BBQ sauce if desired.
