Original recipe makes 4
2 leftover croissant; (up to 3)
1 leftover muffin; (up to 2)
1 chocolate brownie
2 Eggs
1 1/2 cupscream
1 ozbrandy
1 tspvanilla
1 tbspsugar/sweetener

Breakfast Bread Pudding Preparation

Break up the leftover baked goods into a large bowl

In a seperate bowl combine eggs and remaining ingredients

Whisk the egg mixture thoroughly

Pour egg mixture over bread

Allow to soak at least a half hour

Use Silpat Dariole Molds or any other small molded baking dish

that has been sprayed

Spoon the soggy bread mixture into molds

Bake at 375F til golden puffy and spongy firm 20-30 minutes
