Hamburger and Green Bean Casserole

Hamburger and Green Bean Casserole

Ready in 1 hour

This dish is quick and easy to make and doesn't require extra seasoning (except for maybe fresh ground pepper when serving).

"Not bad with some adjustments. I cubed the potatoes and stirred them in with everything else. I also added some Worcestershire, black pepper and Franks Red Hot Sauce. That really gave it some flavor. Not too much Red sauce because I don't like it too hot. "

Not a lot of flavor. Takes too long to bake.

I used fresh steamed beans, added a small can of sliced mushrooms, and half an envelope onion soup mix. I will freeze single portions for my dad.

Delicious! I left out the potatoes and browned the hamburger in coconut oil. I added Worcester sauce and lemon pepper. I used frozen beans, rinsed and drained. And I topped the casserole with grated cheddar cheese.

I made this on a evening when there wasn't much in the cupboard. It was fast easy and it was good with catsup on it. I didn't think my family would like it but they did to my surprise! It really didn't look that good coming out of the oven but we liked it.
