I cook it 35 min in the oven, in a baking dish after browning the chicken. That way I can cook a larger quantity. It comes out tender and flavorful, and it's even better the next day. I've made it dozens of times. Yum!
This recipe has been in my favorites for a few months. It's always my go to recipe when I need to make something quick or want something familiar that I know we will love. My fiance doesn't like chicken too much. This is one of his favorite meals. So delicious!
This recipe was fabulous! I used boneless, skinless chicken thighs instead of breast and had to leave the chicken in the oven longer than stated in the recipe for the cheese to melt fully and brown. The chicken came out very tender. It was great! Thanks for sharing!
