I ended up needing to leave mine in the oven for approximately 30 minutes and half way through I turned it up to 400'. Husband loved it and I thought it was pretty good as well. Instead of using the fresh mozzarella cheese ball, I found a fresh mozzarella cheese log which was perfect for cutting long slices that fit over top the chicken perfectly. Will make again.
