Love it!!! Also made it with left over turkey from thanks giving. It was delicious! I add potatoes to the mix. And make with a side of corn bread. I have made this twice and both times it was a hit! Had to double the recipe to make 2 casseroles cuz we loved it soo much the 2nd time. Definitely making it a 3rd!

Great recipe. Since I don't like veg all I use a frozen veggie blend with corn, broccoli cauliflower and red peppers.

Best Chicken Pot Pie recipe I've made yet! This was super easy, and yummy! My 5 year old said, "I love your chicken pot pie, Mommy." So, it's a hit with everyone. I will definitely be keeping this recipe. :-)
