This is a super quick middle of the week dinner that is safe (everyone loves it), and full of veggies, so it's *mostly* good for us! :D

burj0023 , 1 years agoVery good recipe. Easy and better than other chicken pot pie recipes I have tried... More flavor!
Bebop2 , 1 years agoWow, even my kids liked it! I did alter the recipe a bit, after reading some of the other reviews. I precooked all the filling first & then baked w/ the crust. I replaced the cream of chix soup w/ cheddar cheese soup. I added garlic powder, s & p, thyme & Monterey Steak Seasoning. Used dehydrated diced potatoes & freeze-dried zucchini, corn, green beans, onion, carrots, mushrooms, peas, and celery, since that's what I had on hand. For the crust I used Bisquick Gluten Free mix. I will definitely add to my favorites list. I think next time, tho, I will add some kind of flavoring to the crust part as well, and I may try the cream of chix soup, too.
elizabethgarriottbeverly , 1 years agoGreat way to make the crust. Delish! I made some Argo gravy instead of using the can soup. One of my favorite comfort foods.
Scrompi , 1 years agoSo yummy! Cheap, easy to make, and delicious! My husband ate it like it was going out of style. Will definitely make this again. The only downfall was that out wasn't salty enough, but that's not a big deal. Next time, I will just add more salt!
shibby71 , 1 years agoDelicious & very easy. I used a Bisquick Garlic & Cheese biscuit mix for the top. It came out so good.
debblay , 1 years agoDelicious! Family loved it! Used cream of mushroom with roasted garlic. Next time I think I will try to cut back on the butter in the topping, and use healthy request soups.
funkstah , 1 years agoWould probably use a little salt in the veggie/chix mix, but otherwise good.
delta9384 , 1 years agoMade this for my sister a new 1st time mom on strict bed rest. Will let u know how they liked it. I wanted something quick easy healthy as possible when her husband pulled it out of the frige to reheat. So far it was perfect and cost less $5 for the entire meal!

bstrong2 , 1 years agoI used Pillsbury croissants instead of Bisquick. The family loved it. It was easy and delicious!
jessehartley , 1 years agoEasy to prepare. Definitely want to use more seasoning then called for. I added garlic and celery seed and a few other ingredients. Will probably try drop biscuits next time.
Defro81 , 1 years agoOh my god this was easy. Yummy too!
