"I made this soup yesterday and loved it! I had to add salt and pepper, to taste, and then added a few dashes of hot sauce, to bring out the flavor. My husband really liked it, too. I'm hoping it freezes well, since this recipe makes so much."

Ingredients
| 8 cupspotatoes; diced |
| 1/3 cupOnion; chopped |
| 3 14.5-oz canschicken broth |
| 1 10.75-oz cancondensed cream of chicken soup |
| 1 8-oz cancream cheese; cubed |
| 1/2 poundbacon; cooked and crumbled |
| chives |
Crockpot Potato Soup Preparation
1Combine potatoes, onion, broth, and cream of chicken soup in crock pot.
2Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours or until potatoes are tender.
3Add cream cheese and blend.
4Top with bacon and chives before serving.
